Default What's wrong with this picture?

As some of you guys may know, a couple of weeks ago my brother got his license and bought a neat white MPI EA S Pack at around the same time.

Anyways, it was going all sweet but after the Mega Ford Cruise or whatever, he got a bit too confident with his driving skills and here's the result.

Excuse the quality of the picture, but I reckon most people who've done a bit of suspension work in E-Series would know what's wrong.

It's the result of smacking a gutter at about 60+ km/h after trying to slow down too close to a speed hump. He's smacked the hump, gone over it still locked up and slid over to the right hand side of the road and hit the gutter with full force. Both the wheels are completely munted and it needs a few suspension bits.

: ... idiot.

Yeah the shocker is competely stuffed and so is the lower control arm, it's shaped like a U now instead of so sort of V thing.

So shattered, I have to help replace the dizzy, TFI, a heater hose and now the whole RHS suspension. I bet as soon as that's done something else hard to repair will break.

The camber is so stuffed! Like a factory 87' EA GL with 185 butter cutters. All in at the bottom out and the top, that's positive yeah? The wheels are circular filing cabinet material as well.

brings back memories of a few months back. spare wheel on the back, wet as ***, too used to my good tyres, diff lsd'd on me and spun me around. gutter at god knows how many g's (smacked sideways). lucky it was around the corner from home, had to drive it back, with the wheel turned 180degrees to the left to keep the car straight. luckily i got parts at just over cost price, new rear end (incl. reco diff, new bushes arms and dsics) cost me $420

He drove it from the scene of the accident to the train station, and I drove it from the train station to Sunny's joint, the left wheel would skip everytime you tried to turn right lol, it was a interesting drive home!
