Default (Another) E-series question...

I've just changed the instrument panel in my EB Fairmont with a 'new' one that actually works, but now my car's reading 285,000kms when it should be a fair bit lower than that. Is there much I can do about this?

you should be able to take it somewhere to get it wound back

yeah take it to any instrument repair place and they will be able to match it to your current reading (i'd take the original one in with ya incase they dont believe ya )
