Default what cam to get?

hi all. just wondering what the best cam for an eb 4.0l is. i was about to order a crow 2222543, xr6 springs, venier drive and chip torque chip but thought i'd get an opion from those who know what the best cam is for em.

mods to engine already are shaved head 11 thou, rebuilt and balanced bottom end, cylinder bore 20 thou, acl race series pistons, cai, thermo fans, 3 2 1 pace makers and 2 1/2 inch mercury system. thinking of getting the head ported and polished but was told didn't really help. does anyone no if it does? and it has an auto behind it at the moment which will be getting a stall built for the cam. any help would be great. thanks
