Default I think we have a weener :o)

I remember some people talking about the lowest kays you've ever seen on an EA. Well check out what I just found;

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....526753347&rd=1

I think it wins hands down! Pretty ugly looking car but...

I think it looks pretty good actually, only needs a few minor things and it would be sweet.
Colour coded C-Pillar, Clear indicators, mudflap removal, black/Sprint stripe round the side.

White metalic paint ?

I dont think the guy selling it has a clue, no interior pics, so the SVo just had rims ? , hmmmmmmm I am not convinced it is worth any more then a normal EA.

A mate of mine just picked up an EA fairmont for $1000 with only 78000kms on the clock. He bought it off his neighbour and it is straight, rust free with clean/tidy interior.

Not exactly true al, I recently found out there were a small amount that were not the ususal SVO 2 tone, I know joels (swoopa) SVO was just silver and a fairmont!!

But it sure does look like a fake

I traded an EA S pack with 39,000 k's on it just teh other week, local cairns car that was a deceased estate, grandson traded it, got $700 as it was a little unclean from sitting for 4 years untouched and air con had gone to cactus, but well worth the spend of $1500-2000 and it would be a perler. MPFI too which suprised me.

Where does it say the reserve is $15k ?

I notice 1 of the bids have been retracted, even though it says $16k removed the car was over the $5k mark last nite.. i think.

Looks like an SVO to me. It has genuine SVO rims you can see the logo on them can't see therear spoiler. Actually you can when you blow the pic up. Other tings it SHOULD have are, the SVO grill bolstier front seats dash cluster with SVO logo, steering wheel 3.23 LSD (behind the 3 spd!)

17 year old car, even if it is an SVO ea original it's not like having a XY or XW GT falcon or a XE ESP Dick Johnson special. $3000 tops , you can get an ED sprint for $6000 if you look harder enough!!!!!!!!!!Auctions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers Luke.

Maximum bid was $4,050.
Relisted with a $10,000 start price but still reserve not met at 10k.

I talked to the guy he seemed to think a selling point was that the rear seat had never been sat on. I didnt have the heart to tell him his asking price was a little unrealistic
