I'm curious to know... how did you all meet your partners? Was it a pub/bar, amusement park, scuba diving, you crashed into her/him, they had the wrong number... or whatever?
Spill your interesting stories

I met my first girlfriend crossing the road near the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. There's a romantic story I could write a novel about but it was a pretty cool place to meet her. Still amazes me.

in a club . the day after valentines day . a friend of mine liked to play all his cards at once . and sent flowers to 3 differant girls, each one was flattered. he invited them all to a night club on the same night. he invited his mates as well one of them being me. i wasnt in the mood for picking up that night as i had had enough of women and just wanted a beer so i went and stood at the bar, this hot looking blonde with blue eyes taller than me was looking at me . she was one of the girls my mate sent flowers to . my mate was asking which girl he should go for as 3 of them turned up . i told him that the one sitting down talking to here friend was the one for him. he took my advice and dipped out with that girl while i made moves on my now wife hehe.he ended missing all 3 women whilst i got the phone numbers of 2 of them . i didn't even have to send flowers haha. but i only persued my wife.the moral of the story was . i wasnt there to pick up or meet anyone thatr night . like they say when you least expect it.

I met my wife while I was a pest controller doing a job at her house. I fell for her the moment i saw her, so instead of charging her for the job, I asked her if she would cook me a meal. That was 19 years ago. She is still my best mate.

Over the net would you believe
I was added to her msn list by a mate of mine in mid 2003. We started chatting and a few months later we met and hooked up at her friends 16th. After that we started seeing each other every month or 2 (pritty hard when were on 2 different sides of Sydney, and being 16) but we always talked online. Then when I started driving I got to see her even more and more. Now days I stay at her place 4 or 5 times a week. Its gone just over 2 and a half years now we are never bored of each other. |

We just had our 7 year anniversary the other day.... met at uni... had a social life with the entire crowd - and just sorta happened after first year was over through the summer break.
Got engaged August last year... set an approximate wedding month of July 2007...

Met my wife 21 years ago at the speedway in Bundaberg, she was with a mate of mine at the time but not for long :-). It also helped we are both ford fans and like a drop or two off Bundy.
