My XR dosnt have factory cruise and ive been offered a cruise control set up from a Wrecking EB2 Fairmont ghia, all ill need is a clutch switch and wire up all the loom etc. anyway its going for $250 non fitted, i thought this was a bit steep, what does everyone else think? I have the momo wheel so i have the right steering wheel for it all, just intrested in ppls thoughts on this price... Bargain or a rip off??? Cheers

That's far too much. I paid about the same as galapogos, including steering wheel. Your car should have a cruise ecu fitted already, under the console. All you really need is the wheel, vacuum pump, actuator and lines. Pretty straightforward install, really.

Shan, you may even find that most of the wiring is already there in your car.
Id give him about $80 at the most.

There isn't. There is a seperate cruise control ecu, in EAs, it's under the dash, EB2 onwards it's under the console, and it became an option, which is why the wiring should already be in place.
