Default ST170 cable noise

Hello one & all, I have a 2004 st170, I have a problem, there is a cable on the right hand side of the engine that is moving constantly backwards & forwards while the engine is running, it is very annoying, doesn't seem to effect the running of the engine. I can see it moving, any ideas please ?

Are you sure the engine and transmission mounts have not failed causing the engine to move more than it should and pull on the cable.? See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJsIDKP02xE and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRM5hH679uI etc

Not engine mounts, new ones were installed recently. I can see the end of the cable moving independently backwards & forwards.
