Club Dinner - Saturday 11 July 2015

Hi All.

At last weeks general meeting it was agreed that it is time again for a club dinner. All members, partners and guests are invited to join us for a meal and in supporting our club sponsors we will be having it at the Calwell Club.

All current financial members and their partner will have a subsidised meal to the value of 50%.

Date: Friday 10 July 2015
Time: 1900hrs
Location: Calwell Club, 1 Were Street, Calwell

Damn Stuart, you support the club at almost every event mate so would like to see you there, if we don't get many people for this date then maybe we'll look at moving it to the Saturday night if that helps.

Hi Ray.
I know I'm the new bloke and all but a Saturday would certainly suit me better.

All good mate, might even look at possibly a Sunday night. I'll take it to the committee and we'll see what we can do.

Hi guys, is this dinner now planned for Friday, Saturday or Sunday? Am guessing Friday.

Dunno John,depending on availability of members they might change it to a Saturday or Sunday.I can't do Fridays because of work.We'll have to wait and see what is decided

See what the general opinion is Ray,i don't expect it to be changed just for me.I think a couple of others would prefer a weekend night,but as i said see what everyone else would like

I am good for any night. When it is so far out, a weekday is my preference, say Thursday or Friday. Flexible though.
