I plan on keeping the car for another 6-8 years, as primary ride doing about 9000 km/year.
The struts are stuffed, so I think it is a good idea to to renew the bushes along with most all other parts of the suspension, except the upper and lower control arms, upright/spindles, springs and stabilizer bar. What do you think? A good investment? Also, Do you think the following at $280 is a reasonable price? What about quality? Any other options? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....tchlink:top:en Thanks for reading...

Yes do it!
Your car is over 10yrs old now, it'll feel like new again.

Yeah i agree with Raptor, do it Pete. Make sure to use the supplied lubricant liberally to stop any noises once reassembled. You'll notice a big difference on how tight the front end is!
cheers, Maka

Ive gone with that exact package plus genuine upper and lower ball joints and swaybar links. Will hopefully have them soon and installed not long after. I am hoping for a new car feel and eradication of the damn clunking. Ive had the car for 4 weeks now.
Investigating making my own tool to assemble it all too. JP |
