Default Apology to Stiddy who ran 13.7 in an au

Some years ago Stiddy a user here and a friend of mine had modified his au at wsid and ran it. At the time he did run a 13.7 and I in my suspiciousness of his run believed at the time that he did not run the time as a photograph was not taken of his car as was of all other cars. I have since discovered by other people who were there on the night that this is true and correct. I have discovered this recently and so Its my responsibility at it was my **** up at the time which resulted in Stiddy being banned and rubbished. I publicly apologise to Stiddy and I am sorry for the misunderstanding .I have since chatted and apologised to stiddy himself and now I am man enough to post the truth up which was not apparent at the time
I apologise to the au community the moderators and whoever this caused trouble for.

Quite a muck up by the sounds of it. Good on you for trying to put it right.

Important question. Has Stiddy accepted your apology?

13.7 is fairly well moving for 1500-1600kg a n/a 6.. rip his motor out and dump it in a corty or escort or something. mph suggests faster.
What tyres and 60ft time?
Impressive. This bloke still have the car?
AND.. 500rwkw skyline? would love some info on this.

Coincidence?

The 13.7 slip has 104mph and 165.2kph.
The 13.8 slip has 102mph and 165.6kph.
Strange indeed, considering 104mph is approx 167kph.

If we look at the opponent car, quite different times (as you'd expect), except for the 660' time being identical.
Coincidence again?

Those slips appear to be photo shopped, IMO.

I'm not buying into it (and I don't care either way) but the 104.65mph conversion is definitely wrong.

Should be 168.28kph.

The other mph -> kph conversions are correct.

Well before this starts up again let me say as I was not around as a mod at the orginal time when all the feathers got ruffled , I belive 4 years on it time to let it go Stav has made his peace with Matt which is good for them both, as for the times and slips we are not going down this road again, so I am closing this thread now , but wont delete it as such yet ..Personally one would have expected more 13 sec time slips by now .
