Gday,
I have a set of Mickey T Street Radials for the upcoming drag nats and Im being told two different things about if they need inner tubes or not. The tyres say they need tubes but some people I have asked say no tubes as they will rip the valves out when launching. So do i need inner tubes or do i not? Cheers

NO TUBES i have some american racing tyres that say use tubes but if your tyre spins a bit on the rim when launching you could end up in a nasty situation half track with a flat tyre not fun at all

Yep I've had a couple of them turn the valves off the tubes and they go flat real quick...well before half track. (and it's a bad way to lose a run and end up back on the trailer)

I have the M/T street radials and they are tubeless, they certainly make a big difference to grip.
