Default lol bought a Vt commy

hey everyone sorry i havnt been on in ages many things have happend since. Ive become a mechanic and i now drive a manual vt s pack. i still prefer ford but its hard to find a good manual plus i think they look a little nicer than the ef/els. a good xr6 though can turn my head. anyway hope i dont get abused too much coz im still a ford fan and im planning on a ba when im more financially secure.

Meh, you know where your heart lies mate. Holden definately has better rep then Kia which is what my car really is, though when I have a bit more of the folding stuff to play with a mk1 esky would be my weapon of choice

I used to have a VX, was a manual S, I actually liked that car better than my current BA Ghia... *flame suit on*

in my opinion it was a much nicer car to drive, though it started to have problems in the engine department and i decided to offload it, served me well for 2 years though and i had no intention of selling it until it had problems

but these things can actually look alright if modded tasefully. heres some pics of mine just before i sold it

wish i hadn't sold that... :(

I drive a VTII and I like it...

It's transport, though I wish I had the cash for a G6E

My Daughter got a VT 6 months ago, seems a very good car, much better than the VS model.
She found the AU to big and the E-Series head Gasket problems was a concern.

I use to have a VT commodore before the BA. Got rid of the commodore as mine was also starting to have some issues it only had 82,500KLM on the clock when I sold it. But the BA has a much more comfortable ride.

SpoolMan I agree before the VT I also had a VS and the VT was sooooo much better that the VS. It was only in December last year that I purchased my fist FORD.

spoolman- i dont understand how she could find an AU to be too big, but a VT fine. they are basically the same size!

maybe she pulled the wool over your eyes lol and is starting holdenforums.com.au

my sister went from a holden calibra to a vt1, imo they are both the worst cars holden have ever made. she traded the vt in and got a pulsar best decision she has made yet.

She had a Celica, now with bubs a 4 door was needed for a baby seat, a BA was not an option at $7000 we paid for the VT.
The VS interior looks many more years behind the VT.

I had an AU inside so much more room, she says its like a space ship to drive compared to her VT.

VT - Length 5042mm Width 1847mm, Height 1545mm Wheelbase 2938mm
