Default Side Mirrors

Hey guys... just a quick question.

To take off the side mirror, it just taking the cover off and unscrewing that one screw isn't it?

there are 3 screws, 2 are under the cover (inside of the door)

I found two of them, wheres the third one?

There's one staring right at you when you take the cover off, and another under a rubber "plug".
