i was at the bloody Mean Fiddler last night have a few drinks out at rouse hill when i end my night at 1:30am to find my car kicked in on the off side quarter panel by a f uckin leb guy.....security caught the guy and who did it to a few cars there and i put a statement in at the cop shop...this incident is gettin take to caught and im bringin the ****** down! :ticking:

and dont ever exepct to see anymoney at all, the leb will plead poor and you will be receiving $5 a week for the rest of his life

That sucks bad mate.. At least you caught the guy, wouldve been pretty bad if u never knew who did it, because the same thing happened to me at a safeway carpark, rear panel got kicked in, just had to push it back out, but you still can just notice it. All the best with getting the guy to pay for it.

yeh well i know castle hill police so ill just get even if he cant pay..lol, mind u though im a spraypainter at a panel shop and will get it fixed 4 next to nothing, i believe carma will catch up with you, i know this cuz im carma! and yeh ill be there EFDream.....

Hey dude if youre insured even 3rd party then you can get the insurer to pay for it.

All you need is the offenders details and the police have to charge him and thats it.

hang on, so that guys insurer pays for it?? is that what ur sayin? ive got 3rd party on my car but who fixes it and pays for it? i wasnt aware of any of this, thanx guys

No his insurance wont pay for it. What will happen is you make a claim, your insurer will fix it for you, then they will take debt recovery measures i.e court if neccesary to recoup the money they paid to fix your car.

Basically they will do all the hard work getting the money out of him and you have nothing to do with it from that point on as your cars fixed and he now owes the insurer money not you. Thats what you pay them for and im sure they are very skilled in getting money out of people as thats what they have to do everyday.

If you weren't able to give the details of the person who did the damage then you wouldn't be able to claim (well, actually yes you would be able to claim, but you would be paying excess)..

what a shame man, its unusual that has happened at the fiddler, ive been goin there just about every 2nd week since i turned 18, and havent heard or had any problems with people damaging cars or property. I hope pricks like him stay away from there.

well boys i just rang AAMI and they cant do what u said. It has to be a motor indident...if he had no insurance and hit me drivin his car they do that, not from vandalism though.... but this guy was heaps fired up on the phone about gettin this guy if u could help out lol ...... looks like ill have to go another way about it

I ahd something simaler happen to my car exept the jumped on the roof and bonnet and I don know who did it...

I say **** him up and his WOGBOX!

Does any know about fixing the roof... A local pannel beater said something about putting a new piece in or something

nar i didnt see who did it but they have caught the guy and chargin him for it so i will have his details soon... as i said i didnt notice it when i was leavin but the security told me b4 i left cuz it was dark.. but he is gettin charged and stuff so all should be sweet...should be!
