worked on my NA and works in my EF Ghia, you try and hold down both + and - on the cruise control on the EF/L's and it will sound the horn...

If anyone has removed the steering wheel on an EF/L you will notice that the wee loom that controls the cruise controls also does the horns and plugs intogether into the steering column ;)
