maybe the clutch is worn out hoe many k's has it done. or maybe the diaphragm springs on the pressure plate have gone soft and arent disengaging it properly.

Have you checked the firewall where the cable goes through? Or the clutch pivot pin?

The price for will vary from $250 - $500 depending on what you want (brand, HD or std etc) and where you buy from. I picked up an Xtreme HD clutch kit a few months ago for $315.

not really, unless you ar putting out decent power. I got a Excedy clutch for my EA cost was $230 and that included throwout bearing and machining of my flywheel. Make sure you get your flywheel machined.

Like MADXF said, check where the cable goes thru the bulkhead and also the pedal box as this can and does bend/tear apart meaning you are are only getting partial clutch withdrawal.

Indeed, because oil will have leaked from the rear crank shaft seal and caused hot spots on the clutch plate, so if you don't get it machined it will shutter & carry on when you change gears.
