People have been booked at 61km in a 60 zone

As I said earlier the regulation for tolerance of 10% is still in force in Qld, some officers MAY use reduced discretion..........

It's 10% + 1km

... so 40 = 45, 50 = 56, 60 = 67 etc. *The 100 & 110 limits are capped at 10% though.
