I thought it was common knowledge that QLD tolerences were 10% +1kph..has been for a number of years so if anything tolerence would be tighter?
People have been booked at 61km in a 60 zone

Wow, a whole one motorist.........& back on December 23, 2013.
End of the world in QLD.

As I said earlier the regulation for tolerance of 10% is still in force in Qld, some officers MAY use reduced discretion..........

While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

Anyway, I've done my home work and confirmed the new tolerance:

It's 10% + 1km

... so 40 = 45, 50 = 56, 60 = 67 etc. *The 100 & 110 limits are capped at 10% though.

Have a safe & ticket free Easter everyone.

Sorry but it's been a number of years since we had a 10% tolerance.
I'll quote my source/s if you quote yours.
