Default Boring out a eb block

So I have a quick question for all you masterminds out there and that is what's the biggest oversize piston I can go in a eb block? Or in any e series engine? I'm going to fit au rods and pistons and want to bore the block out to get as much as I can out of it before it gets sketchy..

Cheers Brad
