Default Better door cards for EB2

Seems a bit crap that the EB2 GLi (well mine at least) didn't have any door bins fitted as standard?

Can I fit door cards from another model which have a storage pocket at the bottom, and maybe a speaker pod at the bottom rather than half way up - I'm sure bigger speakers would fit at the bottom than the stock location?

Cheers,
Alex

PS - if different door cards are only available for electric windows, is it a problem job to fit them?

u can fit door trims from pretty much any EA->EL
it comes down to what you like the look of.

EA-ED power window door trims (fairmont etc) won't have a hole for the window winder, but you can drill the hole if u like.
installing power windows isnt that hard, but can be pricey when sourcing motors etc.

I'd say look at getting some Fairmont door trims, the speaker grill is in the same place, but you will get the map pockets.

Yer, there are no e-series door trims that have the speakers mounted lower, so that's a custom build job ;)

But if you just want the map pockets down the bottom, you can easily fit them separately. Most wreckers charge about $10 for the pair. and they just screw on from the back

You could buy some damaged fairmont trims for the pockes and screw them to your doors.

Thanks guys. So any door cards from EA to EL Falcon, Fairmont, Futura will go in? Like the idea of having proper door handles too, instead of the poxy little recesses fitted in mine.
