Arrow Work experience wanted

I've recently been trying to get into the earthmoving industry as a Bobcat operator, but am continually shown the door as i have no experience.

Now this is a hard thing to achieve, given no one seems willing to give us a go, so I thought I may as well try and pick up some unpaid work experience.

I have my LS skid steer ticket, HR truck licence, Construction saftey blue card and even the trainer I done my skid steer course through is willing to be a referee to state I am natural at operating a bobcat. However, I need on the job experience.

Is anyone out there willing to give me some unpaid work experience on a bobcat ?
Or does anyony know of someone who may be good to approach reguarding unpaid work experience on a Bobcat?

Ps: I am located on the Sunshine Coast.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.
