It was a top day and I'm sure everybody enjoyed themselves, I'm happy to say that in race 1 I got the quickest lap which I was quite happy with Really enjoyed the cruise home through some of those twisty roads.

i had a bit of trouble keeping up with everyone around corners because the front was feeling a bit drifty. i found out why...

Can anyone suggest any good cheap 235/40 R18's.

Im only going to be getting 2 for now because i cant afford 4 at the moment. i heard maxxis are pritty good for the price?

Any help would be really good.

Thanks.

They are not roadworthy. I have had kumos, from tyepower in Sunshine, pretty good and cheap, around $200 a tyre fitted. Nexins also, Marty knows where to get those, cheaper again I think and recommended by many in club.

Hi mate your tyres were not the only ones on the day that were unroadworthy.......My biggest pet hate is people who go on cruises with bald tyres as it not only put's your life in danger but puts other members lives and the public....

l have a very good contact at one of the Bob Jane Stores and l can get you a nice tyre for around $150 each fitted....

You can call me on 0415260330...cheers Chris

just wanted to clear up that if i knew that the tyre was that bad there was no way i would have taken the car out, let alone cruise with the club. i only noticed today when i was out. the next time the car will come out is to get the tyre changed. i would never put anyone's life at risk.

im not having a go at all i just wanted to make sure that everyone knows that i do care about the condition of my car and i have pulled it off the road as soon as i realised.

thanks.
