Default Power to weight laws in vic

Hey Guys

Just wanted to find out what the power to weight ratio is for P platers in vic.

Not sure EXACTLY but it is one of those laws that is not enforecd much....

Pretty sure turbo and v8 cars have been banned so i wouldnt worry bout the power to weight laws anymore
