What happened to Tickford? Is the factory still around?

tickford was transformed into fpv somehow far as i know sad really because i own a tickford and know nothing about them lmao

Tickford is still around under wraps, ie. its pretty much FPV.
Tickford and Prodrive joined forces to make up FPV.
