Default Coloring vynal

Hey guys.
Just a quick question...
What writes/marks best on vynal and is permanent/weather resistant?

vinyl dye from supercheap autos,autobarn,repco ect it comes in a spray can
i've used vht brand it turned out good,it actually penetrates the vinyl
not sure how weather resistant it is i used it on interior parts
