With a custom MDF plate you will be able to fit splits behind the factory grilles in the doors ... i have heard 6.5" splits fitting ... but it is tight.

I have 6" splits hidden behind the grilles in the AU ... looks clean with the door trims on (atm I have both door trims off getting them trimmed and it looks crap).

Oh .. plenty of room behind the seats for subs to ... for future reference
