OK i think i have a dead relay but unsure why
When i turn my high beam on my horn is stuttering? Beeping in an irregular manor starting and stopping with vibration or car angle it seems First I will change the relay for the horn but why is it when the high beam is on.... the relay should be powered when the high beam is off and the way it goes off (the horn) I would assume its a floppy set of contacts in the horn relay Pls don't tell me i got another connector shorting or a crossed wire somewhere it will be a pain to rerun the wires |

Looks like its shorting somewhere but not necessarily in the harness. Check switches on steering wheel under airbag and also the other end at the horns. Can you also check alternator output? Could be a faulty voltage regulator. Its easy to check anyway if you have a multimeter. I feel something wrong with the car, either someone tired to jump start your car in wrong way or alternator problem. I hope all other electrics are working fine...

I had a ford a few years ago that used to have the lights glowing all the time even with engine off, turned out to be a bad earth, connected another heavy wire from battery neg to the body and fixed the problem.
