So im in the comfort of the heater, laptop and return of the jedi on blu ray and 5ch surround. So I don't have to get up, can I confirm my header tank has a sensor? please and thanks =)

Yes your header tanks will have a water level sensor.

Maybe! I have seen them with and without the sensor strange I know but there seems to be no logical pattern to be followed on this issue
