Default Anyone doing Distinguished Gentlemans Ride (DGR)?

Anyone doing the ride this weekend?
If so how about some shots in your tweed on your steed.
The DGR for those who don't know started here in Perth 10 years ago by a small group of riders raising money for prostate cancer.
It is now a world wide thing in almost every big city in the world.
This is one of my favourite clips from Paris 2014 ride, great soundtrack.
Watch out for the girl in the red leathers.

I'm almost tempted to buy a cafe racer just to ride it once a year for this event.
Unfortunately, the forecast is for lots of rain this weekend in Perth.

Sorry, my bad, I was misinformed, DGR was actually founded in Sydney by a bloke named Mark Hawwa.

Mark’s a Top bloke and a good friend of mine.
The cause has raised $4M (more than double what they anticipated) this year despite COVID.

He’s also started the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive which will involve cars pre 1979 and older. I’ll be getting my Mini ready for this event.
