Does anyone know if Fibresports are still around or have they closed shop ?
I've called and left about 5 messages with no replys, have emailed twice and even sent them a message on eBay but have still had no responses. I've noticed that they're no longer a sponsor on here either. Can anyone shed any light ? Thanks Ray

Believe it or not i have been rung up and abused because that is my car on the ebay spoiler page and they are apparently not returning calls/messages so people who have paid for products and recognise me on Facebook somehow deduce that i work with Allan ..

I went in to the factory at Taren Point last year for a replacement F6 spoiler leg, and they were fine to deal with. Had it in stock, ready for me to collect.
I've seen a lot of not so complimentary posts about their customer service since AWC became Fibresports.

I dealt with them 6 months ago for some pursuit skirts and they were fantastic to deal with and were great blokes, immediately replaced the product as they arrived damage from handling. it's saddening to hear this.

I just wasnt sure if they still exsisted because of the no replys. I might just have to drive up there and pop in by the sounds of it. Pretty sad when youve emailed 5 times, called and left about 5 voicemails and even msg'd them on eBay over a month and still dont have the respect to return a call to someone who wants to spend money at their store. put a dispute in with paypal [if you did pay with it], theyll freeze their funds and i can guarantee youll be contacted asap.
if it was by credit card you may be able to contact your bank and get the refund there too. |

I spoke to them on the phone once or twice, very helpful.
But I enquired on here via PM about a DJR spoiler and I still havn't had a reply, probably more than 6 months later.

I got a front bar from there recently through insurace and they seemed to be pretty good for my painter to deal with........ bar was ready when they said, and delivered on time.
