Hi,
bought a reverse camera for my focus 2007 Sedan LT and just wandering if anyone knows if i can tap into the reverse signal wire from the front of the car rather than pulling it from the back light assembly? Cheers D |

if it is a manual you can use the reverse switch on the gearbox

on my tdci it was on top of the box mid way along slightly toward the front has a two wire clip on it

Lots of fun to get to on petrol version.
I'd stick to the wire at the very back, under the rear bumper lip. use a cable splicer. Couldn't tell you where that leads at the front of the vehicle.

Run reverse lights wire with camera cable to rear and connect to reverse lights -some camera cables already have reverse cable already in the same cable next to the connecting plug
