Hey guys. Working out my bills and Want to know if there's away I can find out when my next payment is? I would ring if they were open. I paid the 2 months around 2 months ago for my first payment so not sure when its due, anyway to find out now?

Find the paper work or check the transaction history of your bank account, the date that the first payment was made will the same date in every month (except the second month)
So if you payed on the 21st then your payment is due on the 21st of every month |

I paid first 2 months in person at branch, and I got more then 1 with different dates so will have to call them and find out wtf is going on :/ sick of this being so hard. They said something about it being past its due date online but it shouldn't be :(

Thought it would be pretty obvious, call the insurer (NRMA)
It's not hard, pick a date and pay then. (Although they usually give a couple of days grace)

NRMA are open 24/7 or at least they used to be, if not can it wait until tomorrow? Or do you need to know right now?

Nrma are up with the times. So if you are up with all the app business, you can keep tabs on it that way. Even still they typically send you emails before a policy expires.

NRMA have a online portal that you can log into and check your policy documents, insurance status and what not.
Its on the right hand top corner of the landing page under log in. If you have never logged in you should be able to create an account. |
