Can things like car door dings and small single point dents be repaired effectively, or do you get those bulet hole sticker thingos and just put one on every ding! :disco:

Pretty much anyhting is repairable , depending on the sharpness and depth on the ding/dint its also sometimes possible to like remove the doortrim and push the dint back out by hand , then polish away the marks on the paint .

I got one quite nasty one on the rear door. Just under the window, where the shin flares out to the crease, There's a vertical dent that goes from the window to just under the crease. Looks like a vertical crease going over the horizontal crease. Might try and push a couple out from the inside though as you suggested. Can't possibly make them look any worse I guess.

ouch , a vertical sharp dint/dent over a horizontal bodyline creaseline might be a hard 1 to push out , usually small dings on flat surfaces push out sometimes , but a dint on a body creasline is usually hard to fully push it out , do it carefully though and as you said it couldn't look any worse than it does now/ you might get a majority of it out , but in the long run i think a ding on a factory bodyline/creaseline would have to be repaired to fully remove it .
If its a tough dint/ding / to tough to push out by hand / u can get something like an metal dolly or engineers hammer ( hammer with the round end on 1 end , not the nail puller ) , remove the hammer handle , hold the hammer head in your hand , then use medium force on the inside of the panel running/rubbing the rounded edge of the hammer over the dint while pushing on it firmly , dont go hitting the panel with the hammer , u'll dint it even more ! .... if you trust yourself you can try the above , thats if it is an agressive dint . Take your time though and do it gradually bit by bit pushing it out , rush it and u will crack the paint ! ...gl , cheers
