Hey!
Has anyone had any experience with adjustable cam pullys on the 2ltr? Im thinking of getting one as im building a new engine. The cam is quite big (310 duration i was told) and it idles like a bridge ported rotor lol!!!!

Unless the head has been shaved, you don't really need one, but it helps. Theres an art to setting them up right and in the wrong hands, those big valves you are obviously planning could get very bent. I have a big valve head with the proverbial lumpy cam and I'm still running the standard cam pulley. Whatever you do, don't buy it second-hand. Get a good one with all the specs to help with adjustment etc. Cams makes a great one and there is a guy in qld that makes coustome ones which are supposed to be pretty good.
