new valves and seat is a must. you could ask your autobarn, burson repco but i would get a performance shop to do it and ask them to supply the seats and valve

can you suggest a brand name or something? are there many to choose from? one of my friends is rebuilding my motor atm, with no labour charge, so im trying to source all the parts for him.

ask around, get a reliable performance mechanic, because on top of your valve seats and stems, you also have to do your compression and get your distributor recurved to suit unleaded.

youd get away with just putting in hardened seats on the exhaust valves quite well. it cost me 35 bucks per seat.
