Default Just got mr car back from tuning.

Can someone tell me if 240rwhp is good? and what that is at the flywheel in kw?

I Have an AUXR8 III

thats approx 240 flywheel kw.

240rwhp is near enough to 179rwkw so 240fwkw would be about on the money for an AUIII XR8 ( I'm assuming it's the 220). That is for an auto.

i just had my fairmont tunned too ...

240rwhp - thats 184rwkw ... was it dyno'd at that? if so, then yeah thats what it's pumpimg out at the wheels .. damn thats pretty good!!!

u notice much of a difference??

240hp is 178.967969kw. Google it.

nahh i believe u ... i had that typed out ages ago .. just my FF decided to crash so i had no way of posting it, so i stored it and restarted my pc .. lolz i did it on my calculator ... but i think i did the wrong numbers?? ... i divided by 1.3?

yeh dynod at 240rwhp

so far it got extractors, high flow cats, twin exhaust 2.5inch, custom tune, and ss induction.

next mods in a few months are change of diff ratios and cam's ect. wanna hit atleast 300kw after cams and engine stuff.

since ss induction im getting about an extra 50-100km extra each tank of fuel. not much on the power side but.

and extractors are a must add alot of low end power. but make ur car very loud.

i ported my lower inlet manifold. It made a big low down power difference as well. you dont have to worry about the cams you only have one I would do the cams and a little port work then get an edit put in and get it re-tuned. a custom tuned edit will set you back a bit over a grand but is well worth it. Ill be getting one asap.

yeah i had a blower ordered for mine last year. Then i crashed it into a pole!! spent my blower money on the 2200 excess on my insurance. Now im building a stroker instead
