Default Black chrome taillights on a AUII fairmont ghia?

Hi, i'm new to the forum, just looking for a little help with a couple of issues. I'm wondering if these taillights would fit on an AUII fairmont ghia, and would they even be worthy?

I got those on my au they are ok. But there are other better au styles out there.

Remember there are 3 styles each with a black/chrome varient.

Also the tail lights are cheaper (the ones on ebay) on aufalcon.com

What colour is the car that they're going onto ?

I have ones similar. Shadow Chrome. The ones from the Cut Snake guys on AU Falcon site. They look good.

There's others which aren't chrome on FPVWPN or FTRWPN or something's car. They look alright too. Still, it depends on the colour of the car as well.

the colour is meteorite (greyish), so I'm thinkin maybe the lighter colour would be better? It's a fairmont ghia AUII 75th anniversary... Are these things hard to put on btw?

I still haven't gotten round to taking a pic from a camera. In another thread here there's a camera phone pic of them. I need to wash the car so I might just do that Sunday and take some snaps then (I don't have a digital camera either....).

lewstung, have you already bid for the ones on eBay? If not, they're cheaper than than on aufalcon.com. Post up some photos of them when you do get 'em, the black chrome should look good on Meteorite.

Meteorite is metallica grey isn't it? I'm holding out to see a pic of the black chromes ones on an AU metallic grey falcon before I drop them on mine, my guess is that it will look good though.

From Ford. It's roughly $22 per side, $17 for indicators, $3/4 for the orange globes. Something along those lines anyway

I wanna see the style blinkau has, on a meteorite coloured falcon

loxxr6, I think the black chrome ones (that blinkau has) would look awesome on your black...the bright clear looks a bit tacty.

There's definately a tint to mine but it's not as strong as the blinkau's ones. Blinkau's ones def look good.

I think mine are an improvement over the standard series one au ones plus with the LED in place of the normal bulbs, they look sweet.
