What brand pads? I've often found bad pads are the cause. Try some QFM's?

Could have glazed the rotors. riding the brakes can cause this. A solution to fix this is to get rotors remachined and scuff up the face of your existing pads if they are still in good nic. Otherwise new pads are the go.

Anti-Squeal Paste can also help, as this causes the pads to stick to the caliper and piston better when not in use.

+1 for QFM, replaced the as new cheapies that made heaps of dust (RDA) and fitted QFM's . Quiet and low dust.

pull the pads out and and file a angled edge onto the leading edge of the pads may fix it.
