Default Fan filter cleaning.

The air output from the fan system has slowly dwindled over the 12 years I have owned my AU1. Is there any method of cleaning the filter if it has one?

There is no filter on the fan blower unit. I replaced mine as it stopped working on the lowest setting. It is a partial dash-out job.
Fan performance in AUs is somewhere between dismal and embarrassing at the best of times.

Thanks for the Quick reply mate and I thought that there was no filter cos I was getting an eyeful of minced dead leaves occasionally. The thought of pulling the dash out does not thrill me either. Sounds like I might have to drive with goggles on.
