Not sure if that's the right name for the large size piece of black 'plastic' that is fitted immediately behind the front bumber, underneath.
I just noticed yesterday whilst washing the car (AU2 sedan) that both rear edges are hanging low, and the entire thing seems to be falling apart! My questions are: 1/ What is the correct identification name for this part 2/ Where can I get a good replacement, I'm assuming here that the genuine Ford part will be wildly expensive. 3/ Can a reasonable one be picked up at the local BNE wreckers? Cheers... |

If its just hanging at the edges a couple of cable ties will have it back up to its normal spot

I noticed that on mine (AUII Barge) a while ago.
The back part had fallen out/down, so I just crawled under and clipped it back into place. I'd try a few wreckers before looking at a new one.

Dont throw it away . Its designed to help with airflow through the radiator and Air con condensor .
Its all about creating air flow , air speed , and high low pressure zones in the engine bay to extract heat . If the bolt holes have failed you could always drill and cable tie , problem is , makes it a bit more diffivult when you want to remove and refit when working on the car , or try your local wreckers . New for $80 isnt a bad option if you cant find one .
