one of your actuators is faulty probably a rear one, this is a common fault and it's normally a rear one

I always thought the front actuators were the masters and the rears were the followers therfore in theory there would be a high chance of it being one of the front actuators.
Fixing the actuator is pretty easy. The series one had the skinny cog where as the series two and three had the thicker one so if you repair it yourself you need to specify that it's a series one AU that you have.
Also, If your AU is a wagon try unplugging the actuator in the tailgate and see if it still cycles.

Actually, Now that I think about it, The series one and two might have the skinny cog where as the series three had the thicker one, But regardless of that, If you do have to repair your actuator then state that it's a series one.

Unplug the drivers actuator then see if it cycles. If it does plug that one back in and unplug the passenger one and do the same until you find the faulty one....Process of elimination.

I've got an interesting problem now which is annoying me but liveable. For some reason when i open the doors, the actuators cycle but the drive door doesn't open. Good guess is the lock doesn't lift up from the latch when i open the doors via remote. I went to remove one from a car at the wreckers couple of weeks back and i noticed its comes out with the lock from the particular door. Is that right or was i doing something wrong?? While im here to remove seatbelts from AU(2) Falcons do i need a big fekoff phillips head or can i unscrew it with a socket??
