Default Vehicle Identification Plate HELP!!!!

Can anyone decifer these codes for me They are off a F100 (circa 69) and no one on my ford truck site has been any help.

Prefix: AK1JJP -Serial Number: 49284 -Sido Number: 408803 -Model:61921D41

Eng: "D" Trans "L" RR.AX: "B" FT.AX: "A" Paint: "E' Trim "Y"

G.V.W. "5400" NET H.P. "129" R.P.M. "4000"
