Default WQ Fiesta Spark Plug

Can the forum advise at what intervals should spark plugs be replaced on 1.6 Duratec. Is NGK PTR5A-13 Platinum the preferred part?
Many thanks.

Yes, that is the correct part number

The sparks are replaced at 'B' service intervals, according to your owners manual

Thanks for your reply.
Does about 4K to 5k per year.
Is spark plug wear a function of time or klm travelled?
Grateful for your input.

I've never changed the plugs in our fiesta in 70,000kms. Unless it's running rough i wouldn't bother. Give them a clean and inspect them though. My opinion anyway.
