Good and light, what’s a likely net package weight to compare with an ICE?

Pretty ho-hum performance numbers. You would need at least 2. But where do you fit them?

Is Ford Perfomance the first to offer OEM "crate motors"?

Why do you need 2? Can just replace the engine with 1 and make it a RWD or FWD.

Alright, now what about the inverter and the control side of it? All well and good having the motor but now you need the control side.

This is like buying a long motor and nothing else.

I'm quite sure someone with your knowledge of motors would work out a use for it!
Even if it's dropping it on a competitor's head!...

First thing that comes to mind is connect it to one of those kids playground things that goes around in circles, let let it rip and see how long I can hold on for until I get thrown out at 13,800 RPM

Cause 210 kw

If this is from ford performance it would be one of the lowest performance engines they sell.

Unless it was going in something sub 900kg.

Oh yeah, with you now. Fair enough!

Still be cool in older Falcons. They're pretty light and this motor would bring them to life! Remember, torque at 0 RPM. It's why my model S RWD with only 287kw and 440 Nm does a 12.9 quarter and 4.4 0-100 whilst weighing 2025 kgs!

They should be selling the cobra jet 1400 ev motor. Does a low 8 second quarter.

Even 1 of those motors would be good for 600 plus hp!

If it's the front engine of the Mach-e, these guys were very impressed with their engineering.
