Default Trapster

Just realised trapster is no more? Really miss it, being able to scope out the hideout spots on the highway. What are the alternatives now, CB radio?

It isn't as easy as keeping one's eyes open. The predatory and intimidatory behaviour of the highway patrol window lickers makes it a lot more difficult to keep a lookout for them whilst focusing on the road and the conditions.

Yep, you can never be too careful once you encounter a rookie cop in a divvy van, parked in thick bush in the median strip, facing the wrong way at 3am in the morning, policing a 3km straight, good conditions, no traffic. If that isnt predatory behaviour, I don't know what is.

Its called revenue raising and Australia needs anti-entrapment laws the USA.

So explain to me how highway patrol hiding makes you speed?? You do know that entrapment is making you doing something you wouldn't have done if they weren't there eg selling you drugs and then charging you for possession of them. Actually catching you speeding without you realising they are there is by no means entrapment. The argument for revenue raising may be a valid point in some circumstances but trying to make the leap to entrapment is just a tad over the top.
