Are you just looking locally, or overseas too?

Longstone are without stock of their recommended Pirelli Cinturato CN36. Stuckey only have a dirt rally tyre by Dunlop Motorsport.

you are lucky you've got 13" wheels. at least you have a choice. Try finding some 12"!!

try antique tyres in Heidleburg

Try Tyroola (online - use Google). I recently ordered a set of 185/60/13's and they have a really good range at good prices in sizes no-one else could help me with. They deliver them to a nominated fitter which you can choose and then they fit them for you. My tyres arrived within a few days (I'm in Geelong). Highly recommended.
