Did he admit the mistake of doing illegal behaviour on a public road?

Note also the P plates on the back.

It states at the start that it is on private property on an abandoned section of highway, and just looking at the road it would appear that it is abandoned. Edges are crumbling and there are many signs that it isn't a public road anymore.

Nevertheless this isn't the appropriate area for this, there is a specific thread for all youtube links.
