Yesterday, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot S.A. (Groupe PSA) finalised their merger to become Stellantis, the fourth-largest automaker in the world by volume.

I would have thought Titanic would have been a more appropriate name for the merger.

Not new, was announced in August 2020. All the required changes have been made internally at FCA including email addresses and the like. Officially completed last week.
