Default Shannons Wheels - Sunday March 21

Shannons Wheels is one of three major annual events hosted by the Council of ACT Motor Clubs. Since 1982, hundreds of vehicle enthusiasts have participated in this trip down memory lane which is an official part of the Canberra Festival supported by Australian Capital Tourism and Celebrate Canberra. Shannons Wheels is also the Council's annual charity display day, raising nearly $300,000 for local Canberra charities in 25 years.

The event is held on the lawns of Old Parliament House. Setup is from 8am and the day normally finishes around 2pm.

I'm sure the car will still be clean from Capital All Ford Day on the 14th, so this should be a no brainer. I will, however, endeavor to bring a brain along, just in case.

Seems to be a good mix of south and north side so maybe we should meet at Questacon or Old Parliament House at some time? Maybe not as early as Nudge though!

Ok everyone, first up here is where we will be positioned this year (same as usual):

As suggested, we'll be meeting in the rear carpark of Old Parliament House at 7.45am for an 8.00am departure.
