I bought the insert style ones that basically just cover the flat part of the seat squab and backrest. The rods for the headrest pass through eyelets in them and they're strapped underneath the seat to hold them in place pretty well. The side bolsters are exposed so doesn't interfere with Side Airbags. Got mine from Supercheap for about $120 a pair. I got a mid-grey sheepskin for the Fiesta and it matched the interior colour nicely. I got a black set for the Focus. I'm very happy with them.

I wanted to get some made up to match my Soho trim, but they would have been full covers and interfered with the airbag the guy said. Never thought about partial covers, might have a look at Supercheap as I'm noticing the Soho trim is looking it's 'freshness' and isn't wearing too well for a six month old car...
