I really like those TL50's. I would have bought one new but at $70k it was too much and the wife was insisting we still needed a wagon.

I am glad i didn't though look at the resale value!

Still a lovely car if your an old fart like me.

what a very disappointing ad. they dont even mention how rare it is or even the engine thats in it. and only 1 picture as well.
still pretty cheap though considering there was supposedly only 3 made.

No this is a not a 5.6 stroker TL50 Series 3 it's a series 1 not that rare.

Still nice and worth a look for the money. I rang and spoke to the owner and it all sounds genuine. Already a second owner and 100,000km but its original not modified.

He has just put rego on it so is asking for $28k now?!!!

The T1 - 70 were made
The T2 - 17 were made
And it's the T3 that they only made 3 of.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.....

Thanks for the correction Shane. Wow I was way off on the T1 ... For some reason I thought it was 70 T1's that were made - my bad lol. But gimme credit on being close on the T2's and spot on with the T3's :P

Hmm, what a lovely car.

On a side note, does anyone know the number of 75th Anniversary AU Fairlanes made?
